Help identify programs that support children & families in Maine

We received the following email this morning from Maine’s DHHS.

Hello,

The Maine Department of Health and Human Services and Maine Child Welfare Action Network are partnering with Chapin Hall to understand more about existing programs within communities that help children and families in Maine. This includes programs that primarily serve adults but also benefit families with children. Specifically, we are interested in understanding those programs’ eligibility, counties or towns served, funding sources, and services to inform the development and implementation of Maine’s Child Safety and Family Well-Being Plan.

We are requesting program managers and administrators click here to complete this survey for each program within an organization. Please complete this survey by Monday, November 20.

We also welcome your help distributing this survey so that we capture as many programs that help children and families as possible. Please forward this email to any others who you think can contribute to this information gathering both internal and external to your organization.

The survey will take about 5 minutes per program to complete. No additional research or data collection is needed to participate in the survey, and the survey should be taken once for every program.

The survey link is here: https://uchicago.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0NcXHiYwjsUfvaC. You can click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mariette (mariette.aborn@maine.gov) or Melissa (mhackett@mekids.org).

We are grateful for your ongoing work on behalf of families in Maine and appreciate your partnership in this important survey.

Best,
