Every year we have photos of our dogs taken with Santa. There are only two now, and they’re getting older, but their facial expressions haven’t changed all that much.
My little knucklehead Rudi always has the happiest smile on his face, and Millie always looks like she’s trying to get away. (She is.)
Both, like all of the dogs we’ve ever lived with, are rescues, who probably would not be alive today if we hadn’t adopted them. Their lives are a bit boring, perhaps, but they are healthy, happy and well loved.
It’s what we wish for each of you – to be healthy, happy and well-loved.
