Heritage Health Services’ new office suite on Canal Street in Lewiston will have two offices available for therapists or other social service professionals to rent, beginning in the spring of 2020. Also sharing the office suite will be The Grief Warrior Project, which supports survivors of suicide loss.
The building itself has other social service agencies as tenants, on either side of our space. There is an enclosed corridor that connects all of the units and plenty of parking in the spacious lot.
We aren’t providing the exact location yet because the suite is still occupied by the current tenants; they will be moving out soon but until they do, we’re respecting their privacy. For that reason we also don’t yet have photos to post. (Please accept the floor plan shown here as a temporary alternative.)
But we are excited, and are busily pulling together everything needed for our move into this space!
The offices will be available to rent by the day of the week (for example, every Monday, or every Thursday, Friday & Saturday), or by the month. They can come furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished; with internet (or you can install your own), and access to a kitchenette/break room, conference room, two ADA accessible bathrooms, and a waiting room.
The building is fully sprinkled and meets state fire codes.
