Heritage Health Services’ new office suite at 124 Canal Street (Canal Plaza) in Lewiston now has two offices available to rent, beginning in August of 2020. Heritage Health Services also includes The Grief Warrior Project, which supports survivors of suicide loss.
The building itself has other social service agencies as tenants, on either side of our space. There is an enclosed corridor that connects all of the units and plenty of parking in the spacious lot. And I’m thrilled given the heat and humidity of this summer that the air conditioning is fabulous!
The offices will be available to rent by the day of the week (for example, every Monday, or every Thursday, Friday & Saturday), or by the month. They can come fully furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished; with internet (or you can install your own), and access to a kitchenette/break room, an ADA accessible bathroom, and a pretty cool waiting room.
The building is fully sprinkled and meets state fire codes.
Please refer to the floor plan below to see how the space is laid out. (My rendition of the floor plan isn’t very precise, but it gives a sense of the layout.)
Rental information as follows.
Office #1: Third Office on the Right (after my office and another that’s already been sublet)
This office is furnished in dark wood colors with burgundy accents. The antique desk has a leather inlay that offers a rich feel.
Because way back when, this suite apparently consisted of medical offices, both this office and the other being offered have a sink enclosed with a vanity. Although I considered having the sinks removed, it seemed prudent to keep access to soap & water in your office given the CV19 pandemic… even if you’re only doing tele-health, it can’t hurt, right?
You’ll note when you scroll down for additional photos, that this office is pretty full of furniture. If you prefer, we can remove some of it to give a more spacious feel.
Scroll down for more photos of the offices, as well as photos of our waiting room, my office and other areas.

Office #2: Fourth Office on the Right (again, after my office and another that’s already been sublet)
Updated Info: I absolutely love the desk and chair in this office! .Take a look at this beauty!
Since these photos were taken, more furniture has been added; you can see the additional pieces in the photos below (keep scrolling past the entire narrative).
I think there’s a bit too much going on in this office, with a lot of different colors, but you may love it… We can leave it as is, or we can pull out the pieces that don’t work for you.
The walls in both offices look bare because I don’t plan to hang anything on them… I’ll leave that to you. Art is very personal and you may not like my eclectic style!
